Shipping Policy

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will be shipped on indicated dates.

Note: If you ordered multiple items including pre-order items at a time, we DON’T ship them separately. All your items will be shipped on the date that pre-order items are ready.

Please make sure you place separate orders from pre-order items if you need other items shipped first.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time will be 1-3 business days.

There might be some delays during the holiday season. We really appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you have any special requests, please leave us a note when you check out (need to receive it before which day, etc.) Or please send us emails if you need to rush the order.

We will send an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking information will be updated within 1-2 business days after we ship your order.

Please review your shipping address and make sure the package would be accepted at such address before you submit your order. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost and return handling fee if an incorrect address is provided. Buyers are responsible for packages lost if incorrect addresses are provided.

Handling time:  1-3 business days.

Transit time: 3-7 business days.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. There can be occasional delays due to high volumes during the holiday season.

There can be occasional delays due to the COVID-19 impact. Please allow some more days for processing.

Orders above $150 will receive FREE Standard First-Class shipping unless otherwise stated in the shipment confirmation email.

IMPORT CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes it may apply. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please understand that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the designated country. The cost varies according to different policies, so please contact your local customs office to get related information.
