All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products .

Refunds: we have discontinued cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will receive a refund only if the items came in the original package and sealed as we have send it . Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the return .

Return Process: Please contact our customer support team at support@brightskincosmetics.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on the return process. In order to qualify for a return product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
